Deleting Your Account at TheLotter Arizona
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account, please follow these steps:
1. Go to Personal Details in My Account and click the 'Delete account' button at the bottom of the page.
2. A popup will appear, offering two choices:

Permanent Deletion: Irreversible, and all remaining funds will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion: Restricts your access for a selected time period.
3. Provide a Reason: Select a reason from the dropdown menu, or choose "Other" to specify your own.
4. Confirm Deletion: A confirmation code will be sent to the email address registered to your account at TheLotter Arizona. Enter the code and click Delete.
5. If successful, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please be aware that deleting your account will result in the prompt removal of all personal data, financial settings, and transaction history.
In the event that deletion was not possible, this may be due to:

A recent self-exclusion on your account.

Account issues requiring compliance review.

Technical issues: Such as a pending order, active subscription etc. Please try again later or contact us in this case.
In some cases, your deletion request may be successful, but your data cannot be permanently deleted until the required retention period has elapsed, as mandated by applicable regulations. Your data will be removed as soon as permitted by regulatory requirements.
